Alese Johnston Stroud has led consulting services at The Stroud Group Consulting Firm since 1998. Alese has proven expertise in conversion of financial systems, upgrade installation, software development and testing, process design, and also serves as client/technical staff liaison. She is a Certified MOUS Master.

Some of her clients include First Niagara Financial GroupSignature Bank, Black Diamond Information Technology, Citizen’s Bank, EGA Records Management, Citibank, American Express and Chase Manhattan Bank.

Prior to the Stroud Group, Alese had a successful career at Systematics (Alltel / Fidelity) serving in a variety of roles. Her responsibilities including coding, support and project leadership with a variety of Systematics deposits related applications.

In addition to her professional career, Alese has dedicated considerable time to the Central Arkansas community including: Leadership Arkansas Class XIIArkansas Academy of Computing; Leadership Greater Little Rock Alumni Association Board; Master Mentor at the Venture Center; Board of Directors at Rotary Club 99; Founding member of the Women Startup Founders and as a coach and volunteer in Startup Weekend, Gone in 60, and other startup related events. She chairs the advisory board for MKP Inspired and is a partner with Vortylon

Her past service activities include Board of Directors for the Arkansas Renewable Energy Association, Board of Directors for the Centers for Youth and Families, Graduate of the Leadership Greater Little Rock Class 21, Board of Directors at the Wildwood Park for the Arts, Programs Committee Volunteer for the ACANSA Arts Festival Foundation, Stakeholder in the Heartland Alliance for Regional Transmission and Board of Directors for the Allen School.


Doug Stroud joined The Stroud Group Consulting Firm in 1999. His expertise in Systematics / FIS teller systems and GN (system architecture) has proven to be a significant asset to clients like Chase Manhattan Bank, Toronto Dominion, First Niagara Financial Group, Peoples Federal and Citizens.

Prior to joining SGC, Doug lead development of Systematics GN product. He was instrumental in a number of teller and ATM system implementations.

When not providing analytics services for one of his clients, Doug is typically found on a softball field. He plays for and coaches Team Arkansas - a 50+ Senior Majors team based in Arkansas. Doug has been a first team All-American player and is a member of the Arkansas Softball Hall of Fame.
